The Autumn Suit Redefined and Re-Cycled

If there is just one key piece of clothing you should consider investing in, it’s a well-fitted suit. A suit is one of the best investments I have ever made when it comes to clothing.  I try to pick out styles that will be fashionable in years to come, so I avoid anything that is too trendy (the same look in various stores). I try to shop around first to find something that is not too commonplace but does offer a twist on the latest look.

A suit can elevate your look in an instant. I have had this Guess suit for 10 years now and it never fails me when I need to attend a business meeting or evening function.  The versatility of this suit means I can wear the jacket with a skirt or over a dress creating a number of  looks for the fall/winter season.

This year I have added Michael Kors dark brown pumps; Propr Eyewear Squared2 sunglasses and a vintage brown leather bag for a fresh look.

Are there suits in your closet that you can take out this season? Why not pull them out and add the latest accessories to freshen up your look, and voila, you are ready for that power meeting or upcoming wedding. Taking an older outfit and redefining the look for the season is not only smart but practical as styles trends last longer and tend to re-cycle every few years.
